If your Apple Watches Touch is not working, this problem can happen due software malfunction and even some hardware problem. You can follow some ways you can follow to fix the issue.

First if you are using any screen protectors remove it, because sometimes it can cause the problem. Also plug the watch to charge, because it has fixed the issue for many users. If they are not causing the problem check out the next ways to fix touch problem on Apple Watch.

*** First Way: Update Software

You can make sure your Apple Watch is running on latest software, if it is not it can cause touch screen problem.

Step-1: Go to ‘Apple Watch App’

Step-2: Tap ‘General’

Step-3: Tap Software update,

It will say if it was up to date and If it is not up to date, then update it.

*** Second Way: Force Restart

Touch screen problem on Apple Watch can happen due to minor software malfunction so you can do a force restart of your Apple Watch it should fix the problem

Step-1: Press and Hold Digital Crown and the Side Button Together

Step-2: Don’t Release the Buttons until you see the Apple Logo

*** Third Way: Turn off Water Lock

Check if your Apple Watch is water locked or not, if it is then the touch won’t work.

Step-1: Scroll the 'Digital Crown'

Step-2: Keep scrolling it until you here this sound and the water lock will be opened and the touch problem will be fixed.

*** Fourth Way: Unpair Apple Watch

If nothing else works you can unpair the Apple Watch from iPhone then pair it back again.

Step-1: Open Apple Watch App on iPhone

Step-2: Tap on 'All Watches'

Step-3: Tap on (i) icon

Step-4: Tap ‘Unpair Apple Watch’

Step-5: Again Tap ‘Unpair Apple Watch’

Step-6: You have to provide your Apple ID Password

Step-7: Give it some time to unpair and your Apple Watch will take a reset and go back factory default settings. Now you have to set it up again. We have a video about how you can do that.
