First Step (Sign out from iPhone):

First you need to sign out from your Apple ID from iPhone.

Step-1: Open ‘Settings’

Step-2: Tap ‘Name Banner’

Step-3: Scroll down and Tap ‘Sign Out’

Step-4: Enter your Apple ID Password

Step-5: Tap ‘Turn Off’

Step-6: Tap ‘Sign Out’

Step-7: Tap ‘Sign Out’ again

Second Step (Remove iPhone from iCloud Account):

After signing out from iPhone you need to remove it from the icloud account.

Step-1: Open your Browser

Step-2: Go to appleid.apple.com

Step-3: Sign in to your Apple ID

Step-4: Tap on 'Devices'

Step-5: Tap on ‘iPhone’

Step-6: Tap ‘Remove from this Account’

Step-7: Tap ‘Remove'

And the iPhone will be removed
