The Pavilion of Prince Teng (simplified Chinese: 滕王阁; traditional Chinese: 滕王閣; pinyin: Téngwáng Gé) is a building in the north west of the city of Nanchang, in Jiangxi province, China, on the east bank of the Gan River and is one of the Three Great Towers of southern China.The other two are the Yueyang Tower and the Yellow Crane Pavilion.It has been destroyed and rebuilt many times over its history.The present building was rebuilt in 1989 on the original site.The rebuilding plan was devised by the architect Liang Sicheng, and now the Pavilion of Prince Teng is the landmark of Nanchang.There are nine floors in total.The main architectural structure is in Song dynasty wooden style, showing the magnificence of the Pavilion.

滕王閣,江南三大名樓之一。位於中國江西省南昌市贛江畔。屢毀屢建,今日之滕王閣為1989年重建。

滕王閣座落於南昌市西北,贛江東岸。始建於唐永徽四年。為當時任洪州都督的唐高祖李淵之子李元嬰所建。據記載,李元嬰於永徽三年遷任蘇州刺史,調任洪州都督時建此閣以為別居。由於李元嬰封號為「滕王」,故名滕王閣[1]。20多年後,當時的洪州都督閻公首次重修。竣工後,閻公聚集文人雅士作文記事,途經於此的王勃就是於此時寫下了其代表名篇《滕王閣序》。並由此令滕王閣名揚四海。韓愈在《新修滕王閣記》中讚道:「愈少時則聞江南多臨觀之美,而滕王閣獨為第一,有『瑰偉絕特』之稱。」清代詩人尚鎔《憶滕王閣》詩云:「天下好山水,必有樓臺收。山水與樓臺,又須文字留。」
